This is a free banner exchange program. All you have to do is place our special code that we supply you with, on a page or pages of your web site. Each time a person comes to visit your site one of our partners banners will appear in that location. One must be of the first area that your visitors see as ours is. If this is too large for that location look at our BOX AD Exchange. Our servers will keep track of both the number of visits and the number of click thrus. Most banner exchanges give you 1 impression back for every 2 or 3 you give them. We give you one for every one. This is the most possible. We are limiting this program to 100 members only. Once 100 is reached dormant sites that recieve no or very few hits will be replaced by a more active one. We feel too many members will not benefit the group properly. You can also buy impressions as well. Contact our office for more information at magicusa@microserve.net No text about your site added to the link, so your banner must have the information you feel that will get people to click through to you by the hot link we will have programmed to your banner. The size of your banner should be the size you see which is 468 pixels wide by 60 high and must not be more than 20k.

Terms & Conditions

1. You agree to include the full HTML code we provide you for displaying the banner ads on your web site. You may place one (1) banner on as many or few pages as you like. One must appear on your main page as ours does.The more pages you place the code on the more credits you will get with our banner exchange.

2. You may not use any device, program or any other method to artificially inflate traffic to your site. You may not display a banner on a page that automatically redirectors to another page without any interaction from the user.

3. The following sites are NOT allowed to take part in the MagicUSAAuctions.com Banner Exchange: Sites containing adult material or links to such material, sites encouraging illegal activities or racism, sites that promote or utilize software or services designed to deliver unsolicited e-mail, or any other sites the administrators deem to be inappropriate.

4. You may discontinue the use of the MagicUSAAuctions.com Banner Exchange at any time by simply removing the HTML code from your Web site. If you remove the html you will then stop getting credits from us automatically.

5. You agree that your Web site information (name, URL, traffic counts, etc.) may be used by MagicUSAAuctions.com. The information you provide to MagicUSAAuctions.com will be kept confidential and will not be distributed to any outside agency, but is only used to keep track of our program.

6. MagicUSAAuctions.com, its administrators, partners and sponsors cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur from the use of MagicUSAAuctions.coms' services. You agree to use the MagicUSAAuctions.com Banner Exchange at your own risk.

7. We will endeavour to provide you with a high standard of service but make no guarantees regarding the dependability, accuracy, or timeliness of our services.

8. Extra credits earned by referring others to join the Banner Exchange will be credited to your account within 24 hours. We will do our best to give the correct credit but no guarantees can be made.

9. Any site found to be breaking any of these terms & conditions can expect to have their account deleted from the MagicUSAAuctions.com Banner Exchange.

10. MagicUSAAuctions.com reserves the right to modify or change these Terms and Conditions as it deems necessary.

11. You certify that your site is magic or magician releated. Please be reminded that when we say magic or magician , we do not mean in the occult sense but as related to the performance of magic illusions and tricks.
